4. Profile Content and User Content
You are responsible for photos, profile text, messages, preferences, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate any law, this Agreement, or any third-party rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our rules or create safety risks.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to post illegal, deceptive, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit content; solicit money or gifts through scams; promote prostitution, trafficking, or illegal services; upload malware; scrape data; spam users; impersonate others; misrepresent your identity or intentions; collect information without consent; or interfere with service security or operation.
6. Dating Safety
We do not conduct full background checks on every user and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, health status, criminal history, or conduct of any member. Use judgment when communicating or meeting in person. Meet in public, tell someone you trust, protect personal information, and report suspicious behavior.
7. Matching, Search, and Availability
We may provide search, discovery, match suggestions, location pages, and profile recommendations. We do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, compatibility, response rates, or uninterrupted availability of any feature.
8. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or subscription. Prices, features, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund rules will be shown at purchase or handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing purchase terms before subscribing. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
9. App Store Terms
If you download or purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be governed by the applicable app store terms. App store providers are not responsible for operating Trans Dating Online or handling claims related to our service except as required by their own terms.
10. Intellectual Property

14. Disclaimers
